Anand, himself is a certified fitness trainer from the world renowned International Sports Science Association, USA. Being the sole Indian to pass that exam in his foyer, he was ranked #10 across the world.
The motivation for this setup was a passion for exercise and training and enhanced with over 14 years of experience.
